Santa Claus Visiting IMS Museum for “Santa Saturdays” Dec. 7, 14 and 21

Pose for Photos with Santa and the Holiday Indy car; Design and Share Cards, Letters

Many race fans think of the Indianapolis 500 as “the most wonderful time of the year,” but the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum is offering the whole family a great Holiday experience with “Santa Saturdays” from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. (ET) on December 7, 14 and 21.

Santa Claus will be at the Museum’s North Hall to see children, accept Santa letters and pose for photos alongside the Museum’s festively painted Cummins Indy photo car.

Join Santa Claus and his IMS Museum elves for Santa Saturdays!

Seeing Santa is free with regular IMS Museum admission: $10 for adults, $8 for children age 6-15, and free for kids age 5 and younger. The Museum will provide photos for $10 with a commemorative 2019 Holiday-themed photo frame.

Children and families can enjoy the Museum’s children’s activity station and color race cars or write their letter to Santa before visiting with St. Nick!

IMS and automotive enthusiasts will also feel like they’re in a wonderland by visiting the Museum’s current exhibit, “From the Vault presented by Bank of America,” featuring rare and one-of-a-kind Indy cars, Formula One cars and sports cars, plus storied automobiles and trophies and other memorabilia – all from the IMS Museum’s vast collection.

For more information, call the IMS Museum Welcome Desk at (317) 492-6784 during regular Museum winter hours, 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. daily.
